There will be a Workshop of the Board of Trustees of the College Station Independent School District on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. in the Administrative Conference Room, CSISD Administrative Offices, 1812 Welsh, College Station, Texas. The following items are on the agenda:

A. CALL TO ORDER

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

1. Consideration, Discussion and Possible Action related to the proposed budget for the 2007-2008 fiscal year including the potential calendar for Public Hearing on Budget Adoption and Tax Rate for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.

2. Consideration, Discussion and Possible Action regarding a proposed policy related to naming facilities and events – Policy CW (LOCAL).

3. Consideration, Discussion and Possible Action related to TASB Policy Update 80.

4. Consideration, Discussion and Possible Action related to Board Operating Procedures and Board Calendar.

D. ADJOURNMENT

If the workshop is not concluded by 7:00 p.m., the Board may recess the workshop meeting to take up the business of the regular meeting. If necessary, the Board will reconvene the workshop at the conclusion of the regular meeting.
