A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

Six members were present - President Valerie Jochen, Vice-President Paul Dorsett, Trustees Michael Wesson, Quinn Williams, Carol Barrett and Kimberly McAdams. Secretary Jeff Harris was not in attendance.

C. CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION RELATED TO THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT REPORT FOR THE 2012-13 FISCAL YEAR AND OVERVIEW OF THE SCHOOLS FIRST (FINANCIAL INTEGRITY RATING SYSTEM OF TEXAS) SYSTEM AND MOST RECENT RATING FOR COLLEGE STATION ISD

Glynn Walker, Deputy Superintendent for Business and Operations gave an overview of the FIRST report for fiscal year 2013-14. CSISD received the highest possible score of 70 as well as a Superior Achievement rating.

There were no public comments.

Without objection President Valerie Jochen adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
