A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

Six members were present - President Valerie Jochen, Vice-President Paul Dorsett, Trustees Michael Wesson, Quinn Williams, Carol Barrett and Kimberly McAdams. Secretary Jeff Harris was not in attendance.

C. CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION RELATED TO ACCELERATED INSTRUCTION FOR 2013-14

· Perry Memo

Molley Perry, Executive Director for Special Services and Accountability gave a presentation to the Board in regard to Accelerated Instruction. Mrs. Perry reviewed the number of students who needed additional instruction in each area and the different ways this instruction was provided. A time for questions from the Board was given.

D. RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no public comments made.

E. ADJOURN

Without objection, President Valerie Jochen adjourned the meeting at 6:59 p.m.
