  1. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

All seven Board members were present:  President Valerie Jochen, Vice-President Paul Dorsett, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Quinn Williams, Carol Barrett, Kimberly McAdams, and Michael Wesson.

 

  1. PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT ON PROPOSED SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET AND TAX RATE FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR

Deputy Superintendent Glynn Walker reviewed the proposed school district budget and tax rate for the 2014-2015 school year.  For planning purposes, a 3.5% enrollment increase was used.  The tax rate is $1.38 with an M&O rate of $1.04 and a debt services amount of $0.34.

 

  1. RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no public comments.

 

  1. ADJOURN

Without objection, President Valerie Jochen adjourned the meeting at 6:49 pm.
