A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM/WELCOME

Six Board Members were present: President Valerie Jochen, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Quinn Williams, Carol Barrett, Kimberly McAdams, and Michael Wesson. Vice-President Paul Dorsett was not in attendance.

C. RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT FROM COMMUNITY RELATED TO THE ATTENDANCE ZONE RECOMMENDATION MADE ON AUGUST 19, 2014

Greg McIntyre gave a brief overview of the proposed rezoning recommendation. The following community members addressed the Board with public comments:

a. Bob Stanberry – spoke against the rezoning process.

b. Michael Snelson – spoke against the proposed zones.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Valerie Jochen adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
