CSISD Map

College Station Independent School District is located in College Station, Texas, home of Texas A&M University, a land grant university with approximately 44,000 students. The District, one of two school districts in Brazos County, encompasses 97 square miles in the southern portion of Brazos county. CSISD is fully accredited by the Texas Education Agency and is one of 43 school districts in the State of Texas to be fully accredited K-12 by the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges.

CSISD facilities include five elementary schools (HeadStart/PreK - 4) ; two intermediate schools for grades 5 and 6; two middle schools, grades 7-8; one high school, grades 9-12, and one alternative school for students 17 years or older who have dropped out of the regular school track. Our 11 campuses currently serve an enrollment of 7,300 students.

Since the summer of 1996, the district has added a technology infrastructure to all of our campuses. Each classroom is connected to the Internet, the library, and to other computers within the school as well as across the district. All of the schools are connected to one another via T-1 lines. One of the district's goals is to integrate technology into the everyday activities of students and teachers at all levels.
