2. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to Board communication with campuses (5 minutes)

3. Review of District performance data related to the development of the 2011-2012 District Improvement Plan (25 minutes)

4. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the transition from Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) to State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) and End of Course Exams (25 minutes)

5. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the CSISD Financial Outlook (20 minutes)

6. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the Legislative Action Plan (10 minutes)

7. Consider date for Joint Meeting with the City of College Station (5 minutes)
