There will be a Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the College Station Independent School District on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 12:00 noon in the Board Room, 1812 Welsh Avenue, College Station, Texas. The following items are on the agenda:

A. CALL TO ORDER

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

C. EXECUTIVE SESSION

C-1 The Board will meet in closed session to hear a Level III FNG Complaint Appeal regarding a student transfer request. The executive session deliberations will be held pursuant to the “School Children; School District Employees; Disciplinary Matter or Complaint” exception; the “School Board: Personally Identifiable Information About Public School Student” exception; as set forth in Sections 551.0825 and 551.0821, of the Texas Government Code.

D. OPEN SESSION

D-1 The Board will reconvene in open session to take action resulting from closed session items as necessary.
