A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Secretary Jeff Harris and Trustees Carol Barrett, Randall Pitcock, and Kimberly McAdams were present. Vice President Paul Dorsett and Trustee Garland Watson were absent.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Receive a report and public input related to CSISD Academic Excellence Indicator System Data for the 2010-2011 School Year

Superintendent Eddie Coulson recognized Deputy Superintendent for Administrative Services Clark Ealy who reported to the Board of Trustees related to the Academic Excellence Indicator System District Report. Dr. Ealy addressed what is included in the report, data quality information, goals, student performance, student passing rates compared to the state and region level, AP information, SAT/ACT information, and accountability ratings.

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
