B. Declaration of Quorum/Welcome

C. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the Financial Management Report for the 2009-2010 Fiscal year and overview of School FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) and the most recent rating for College Station ISD

D. Receive comment from public
