3. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to a regional school board meeting on 9/20/12 at the Region VI Educational Service Center

4. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to trustee representation on 2012-2013 board committees and the audit committee

5. Receive 2009 bond update

6. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to CSISD’s participation in school finance litigation
