A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Randall Pitcock, Garland Watson, Carol Barrett and Kimberly McAdams.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to CSISD long range planning

Superintendent Eddie Coulson led discussion related to long range planning for CSISD. Administration plans to pull together a community group in the Spring to study facility needs. Discussion occurred.

C-2. Update on CSISD’s Transportation Metrics

Superintendent Coulson recognized Deputy Superintendent for Administrative Services Clark Ealy who introduced Hector Silva, Director of Transportation Services. Mr. Silva presented information and answered questions related to transportation.

C-3. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the Legislative Action Plan

Superintendent Coulson reported regarding legislative representatives and meeting with them.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the workshop at 6:10 p.m.
