A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Randall Pitcock, Garland Watson, Carol Barrett and Kimberly McAdams.

C. RECEIVE A REPORT AND PUBLIC INPUT RELATED TO CSISD ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE INDICATOR SYSTEM DATA FOR THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR

Superintendent Eddie Coulson recognized Deputy Superintendent Administrative Services who reported information to the Trustees related to the District’s Academic Excellence Indicator System Data for the 2011-2012 school year.

D. RECEIVE COMMENT FROM PUBLIC

No questions and no public comments received.

E. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the Public Hearing at 6:47 p.m.
