A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Randall Pitcock, Garland Watson, Carol Barrett and Kimberly McAdams. In addition, the Cabinet was in attendance: Clark Ealy, Greg McIntyre, Glynn Walker, Chuck Glenewinkel, and Chrissy Hester.

C. GOVERNANCE TEAM BOARD, SUPERINTENDENT, AND CABINET)

The Board, Superintendent and Cabinet participated in the Team of Eight training. Consultants Kim Caston and Missy Bender of Communication & Management Consulting led training.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the workshop at 8:00 p.m.
