A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at noon and declared a quorum was present with three members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett and Secretary Jeff Harris.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Consider approval of an Order canvassing the Bond Election

Superintendent Eddie Coulson recognized CSISD Election Coordinator Beth French who read the 11/5/13 election results into the record.

C-2. Consider approval of an Order canvassing the Election Returns related to the Candidate Election

Superintendent Eddie Coulson recognized CSISD Election Coordinator Beth French who read the 11/5/13 election results into the record.

MOTION XXXX: I move approval of Orders canvassing the Bond Election and the election returns related to the Candidate Election as presented. The motion was made by Vice President Paul Dorsett and seconded by President Valerie Jochen. The motion passed with three ayes and zero nos.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the workshop at 12:04 p.m.
