A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.

B. WELCOME/QUORUM

All board members were present thus constituting a quorum: President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett, Secretary Jeff Harris, Trustees Carol Barrett, Kimberly McAdams, Michael Wesson, and Quinn Williams.

C. RECEIVE A PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC INPUT RELATED TO THE CSISD TEXAS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE REPORT (TAPR) FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

The Presentation related to TAPR was received from Dr. Clark Ealy, Deputy Superintenmdent for Administrative Services. Dr. Ealy’s report encompassed TAKS, STAAR and STAAR End of Course.

D. RECEIVE COMMENTS FROM PUBLIC

There were no comments.

E. ADJOURNMENT

Dr. Jochen adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
