There will be a Workshop of the Board of Trustees of the College Station Independent School District, on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. in the Administrative Conference Room at the CSISD Administration Offices, 1812 Welsh, College Station, Texas.  The following items are on the agenda:

1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the 2014-15 Budget

2. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to Board Team of Eight Training

3. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to updated Policy EIC (local) and EIF (local)

4. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to Early Head Start Childcare Partnership Grant opportunity

5. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to setting public hearing dates for rezoning

6. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to scheduling management oversight workshops

7. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the TASA/TASB Conference, September 26-28, 2014

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. The Board will meet in executive session to discuss and consider the Superintendent Evaluation.  The executive session deliberations will be held pursuant to the “Personnel Matters; Closed Meeting” exception to the Texas Open Meetings Act as set forth in Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
