There will be an Emergency Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the College Station Independent School District, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Boardroom, CSISD Central Administration Building, 1812 Welsh, College Station, Texas.

Under Board Policy BE(Legal), the board may call a meeting, with one hour or more public notice, when there is an emergency or an urgent public necessity.

The following items are on the agenda:

A. CALL TO ORDER

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

C. PUBLIC COMMENTS

1. Comments related to agenda items for this meeting will be heard during consideration of the item later in the meeting.

D. OPEN SESSION

1. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding emergency roof repairs for Southwood Valley Elementary and Oakwood Intermediate resulting from recent hail and rainstorm events in the amount of $371,026.00 from Brazos Industries to be paid from the 2020-2021 general fund.
