A. CALL TO ORDER

President Randall Pitcock called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Randall Pitcock, Vice President Valerie Jochen, Secretary Paul Dorsett, and Trustees Carol Barrett, Charlotte Slack, Garland Watson and Jeff Harris.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to the development of CSISD Core Belief Statements, Commitments, a Theory of Action for Change, and Policy Development

Consultant Ron Fox led the Team of Eight in training related to the development of CSISD Core Belief Statements, Commitments, a Theory of Action for Change, and Policy Development.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Pitcock adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
