A. CALL TO ORDER

President Randall Pitcock called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon and declared a quorum was present with five members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Randall Pitcock, Secretary Paul Dorsett, and Trustees Charlotte Slack, Garland Watson and Jeff Harris. Vice President Valerie Jochen was absent. Trustee Carol Barrett was absent.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Meet with Federal Head Start Monitoring Team to review the CSISD Head Start program

Federal Head Start Monitoring Team met with Board Trustees to review the CSISD Head Start program.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Pitcock adjourned the workshop at 1:00 p.m.
