A. CALL TO ORDER

President Randall Pitcock called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and declared a quorum was present with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Randall Pitcock, Vice President Valerie Jochen, Secretary Paul Dorsett, and Trustees Carol Barrett, Charlotte Slack, Garland Watson and Jeff Harris.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding training from the Center for Reform of School Systems related to CSISD board initiatives and how board initiatives can be best monitored and sustained

Trustees and administration worked with CRSS Consultant Tim Smith related to CSISD Board initiatives and how to best monitor and sustain those initiatives.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Pitcock adjourned the workshop at 4:00 p.m.
