A. CALL TO ORDER

President Valerie Jochen called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. and declared a quorum was present with five members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Valerie Jochen, Vice President Paul Dorsett, Trustees Randall Pitcock, Garland Watson and Kimberly McAdams. Secretary Jeff Harris and Trustee Carol Barrett were absent.

C. BOARD MEETING SESSION

C-1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to SB1557 Application

MOTION XXXX: I move to approve the application for SB1557 and the submission of it, as presented. The motion was made by Trustee Randall Pitcock and seconded by Trustee Garland Watson. The motion passed with five ayes and zero nos. There were two absences.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Jochen adjourned the workshop at 12:08 p.m.
