BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

President Susan Lowy called the Special Board meeting to order at 12:19 p.m.
B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM
President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster, Trustees Mary Broussard, Tim Jones, Larry Johnson, and Steve Aldrich were present. Trustee Mary Broussard left at 12:50 p.m.
C. EXECUTIVE SESSION
President Lowy announced that in accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees will go into executive session. The Board of Trustees went into executive session at 12:20 p.m.
D. OPEN SESSION
The Board returned to open session at 12:59 p.m.
E. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION 3447: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Steve Aldrich and seconded by Marc Chaloupka. The motion carried with six ayes.
Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
