President Tim Jones called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

President Tim Jones, Vice President Mary Broussard, Secretary Randall Pitcock, Trustees Charlotte Slack, Marc Chaloupka, Steve Aldrich and Garland Watson were present.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Governance Team (Board and Superintendent) training and discussion regarding a long term vision for College Station Independent School District

Rita Gibbs, TASB Consultant, led the Trustees in training and discussion regarding a long term vision for CSISD.

D. EXECUTIVE SESSION

None

None

F. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, Tim Jones adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
