A. CALL TO ORDER

President Tim Jones called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. with seven members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

President Tim Jones, Vice President Mary Broussard, Secretary Randall Pitcock, Trustees Charlotte Slack, Marc Chaloupka, Steve Aldrich, and Garland Watson were present

C. ELECTION ITEMS

C-1. Consider an Order Canvassing Election Returns

President Tim Jones announced that we would not be able to canvass the election returns because of a five day waiting period following the election to allow the return of overseas military ballots.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, Tim Jones adjourned the workshop meeting at 6:56 p.m.
