A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 5:37 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster were present. Trustee Mary Broussard arrived at 5:45 p.m. Trustees Steve Aldrich, Tim Jones and Larry Johnson were absent. C. WORKSHOP SESSION 1. Budget 2001 - 2002 Mike Ball, Deputy Superintendent for Business & Operations discussed Chapter 41 and the budget overview for 2001 - 2002. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3256: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Marc Chaloupka and seconded by Mary Broussard. The motion carried with four ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 6:25 p.m. |
