A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 1:39 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka and Trustees Steve Aldrich and Tim Jones were present. Trustees Mary Broussard and Larry Johnson were absent. Secretary Dayne Foster arrived at 3:05 p.m. C. WORKSHOP SESSION 1. Receive Reports on Campus Plans a. Pebble Creek Elementary Dr. Nancy Thornberry, Principal and Cindy Gordon, Academic Coordinator presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Pebble Creek Elementary. b. South Knoll Elementary Carl Dethloff, Principal and Dawn Hogan, Academic Coordinator presented the Campus Improvement Plan for South Knoll Elementary. c. College Hills Elementary Tami Laza, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for College Hills Elementary. d. Southwood Valley Elementary Starlet Licona, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Southwood Valley Elementary. e. Rock Prairie Elementary Robert Garner, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Rock Prairie Elementary. f. Timber Academy Dr. Leslie Schueckler, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Timber Academy.
Joe Hardin, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Cypress Grove Intermediate. h. Oakwood Intermediate Dr. Maria Pitre, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Oakwood Intermediate. i. A&M Consolidated High School Chrissy Hester, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for A&M Consolidated High School. j. College Station Middle School Gary Long, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for College Station Middle School. k. A&M Consolidated Middle School Ann Mallard, Principal presented the Campus Improvement Plan for A&M Consolidated Middle School. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3269: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Marc Chaloupka and seconded by Tim Jones. The motion carried with five ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
