A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka and Trustees Steve Aldrich, Larry Johnson and Tim Jones were present. Secretary Dayne Foster and Trustee Mary Broussard were absent. C. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Consider Request for Appeal of Intradistrict Transfer D. OPEN SESSION The Board returned to open session at 5:45 p.m. MOTION 3274: I move to uphold the Administration's decision to deny an intradistrict transfer. The motion was made by Larry Johnson and seconded by Marc Chaloupka. The motion carried with five ayes. E. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3275: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Marc Chaloupka and seconded by Tim Jones. The motion carried with five ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.m.
