A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster and Trustees Steve Aldrich, Mary Broussard, Larry Johnson and Tim Jones were present. C. PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS BUDGET AND PROPOSED TAX RATE 1. 2001 - 2002 Budget and Tax Rate Overview Mike Ball, Deputy Superintendent for Business and Operations presented the 2001 - 2002 Budget and Tax Rate overview to the Board. The proposed tax rate is $1.79 per $100 ($1.50 for Maintenance & Operations and $0.29 for Debt Service). 2. Hearing of Citizens None. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3276: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Steve Aldrich and seconded by Larry Johnson. The motion carried with five ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
