A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster and Trustees Steve Aldrich, Mary Broussard, Larry Johnson and Tim Jones were present. C. PERSONNEL 1. Consider Approval of Resignations MOTION 3283: I move approval of the resignations as presented. The motion was made by Tim Jones and seconded by Steve Aldrich. The motion carried with seven ayes. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3284: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Larry Johnson and seconded by Marc Chaloupka. The motion carried with seven ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 8:22 a.m.
