Vice President Marc Chaloupka called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Eddie Coulson, Deputy Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction and Personnel presented the TASB Policy Review to the Board. The Board requested further review of certain policies, therefore this item will be revisited at a future meeting.

D. ADJOURNMENT

MOTION 3286: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Tim Jones and seconded by Dayne Foster. The motion carried with six ayes.

Without objection, Vice President Chaloupka adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
