A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster and Trustees Steve Aldrich, Mary Broussard, Larry Johnson and Tim Jones were present. C. EXECUTIVE SESSION President Lowy announced that in accordance with Section 551.071 through 551.084 of the Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees will go into executive session. The Board of Trustees went into executive session at 6:05 p.m. 1. Discussion of Formative Evaluation of Superintendent D. OPEN SESSION The Board went into open session at 7:27 p.m. E. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3315: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Tim Jones and seconded by Marc Chaloupka. The motion carried with seven ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
