A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster, and Trustees Tim Jones and Mary Broussard were present. Trustee Steve Aldrich arrived at 6:13 p.m. Trustee Larry Johnson was absent. C. WORKSHOP SESSION Mike Ball, Deputy Superintendent for Business and Operations presented the Board with the options available under Chapter 41 for the recapture payments. The District has the option to purchase attendance credits directly from the State or to partner with another school district. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3331: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Marc Chaloupka and seconded by Tim Jones. The motion carried with six ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m.
