A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Secretary Dayne Foster and Trustees Steve Aldrich, Tim Jones, Mary Broussard and Larry Johnson were present. Vice President Marc Chaloupka was absent. C. OPEN FORUM TO DISCUSS SCHOOL SAFETY ISSUES Dr. Steve Johnson welcomed everyone and offered hard copy Safety Surveys to complete on site, offered the website survey, and introduced Clark Ealy, Director for Program Assessment, Evaluation and Accountablity, who presented a brief summary outlining the well-publicized Safety Survey and the preliminary information received up to this date. President Lowy opened the floor for comments and questions from the audience regarding school safety issues. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3346: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Steve Aldrich and seconded by Mary Broussard. The motion carried with six ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 7:47 p.m.
