A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka and Trustee Mary Broussard were present when workshop was called to order. Trustee Tim Jones arrived at 4:08 p.m., Trustee Larry Johnson arrived at 4:10 p.m., Trustee Steve Aldrich arrived at 4:20 p.m., and Secretary Dayne Foster arrived at 5:02 p.m. Vice President Chaloupka left the room for a phone call at 4:05 p.m. and returned at 4:10 p.m. Trustee Broussard left the room for a phone call at 6:35 p.m. and returned at 6:40 p.m. C. WORKSHOP SESSION 1. Receive Reports on Campus Plans a. Southwood Valley
Elementary School b. Pebble Creek Elementary School Nancy Thornberry, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Pebble Creek Elementary School. c. College Hills Elementary School Tami Laza, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for College Hills Elementary School.
Gary Long, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for College Station Middle School. e. A&M Consolidated Middle School Ann Mallard, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for A&M Consolidated Middle School. f. Timber Academy Leslie Schueckler, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Timber Academy. g. Oakwood Intermediate School Maria Pitre, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Oakwood Intermediate School. h. Cypress Grove Intermediate School Joe Hardin, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for Cypress Grove Intermediate School. i. A&M Consolidated High School Chrissy Hester, Principal, presented the Campus Improvement Plan for A&M Consolidated High School. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3355: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Steve Aldrich and seconded by Larry Johnson. The motion carried with seven ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m. |
