A. CALL TO ORDER President Susan Lowy called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM President Susan Lowy, Vice President Marc Chaloupka, Secretary Dayne Foster, Trustees Larry Johnson, Steve Aldrich, Tim Jones and Mary Broussard were present. C. WORKSHOP SESSION Tim Jones, Chairman of the subcommittee, asked for input from Trustees and Administration regarding goals for CSISD/BSID Liaison Committee. Discussion occurred and a list is being compiled for the next meeting. Larry Johnson stressed the fact that he wanted to see items of cooperative effort coming through the administrative staff. 2. Discuss upcoming Board Effectiveness Audit Susan Lowy reminded everyone about the Board Effectiveness Audit scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Administrative Conference Room. D. ADJOURNMENT MOTION 3381: I move to adjourn the meeting. The motion was made by Dayne Foster and seconded by Mary Broussard. The motion carried with seven ayes. Without objection, President Lowy adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
