A. CALL TO ORDER

President Randall Pitcock called the meeting to order at 11:03 a.m. and declared a quorum was present with six members present.

B. DECLARATION OF QUORUM

In attendance were President Randall Pitcock, Vice President Valerie Jochen, Secretary Paul Dorsett, and Trustees Carol Barrett, Charlotte Slack, and Jeff Harris. Trustee Garland Watson was absent.

C. WORKSHOP SESSION

C-1. Consideration, discussion and possible action related to naming David Raffield as A&M Consolidated High School Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach

Superintendent Eddie Coulson introduced David Raffield and recommended that he be hired as A&M Consolidated High School Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach. Dr. Coulson spoke of Raffield as a man of strong character and integrity. Raffield’s family was in the audience to support him and Dr. Coulson introduced them.

MOTION XXXX: I move approval of David Raffield as A&M Consolidated High School Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach. The motion was made by Secretary Paul Dorsett and seconded by Vice President Valerie Jochen. The motion passed with six ayes and zero nos. There was one absence.

D. ADJOURNMENT

Without objection, President Pitcock adjourned the workshop at 11:10 a.m.
